By downloading or using We Math (the “App”), you — the parent or guardian setting it up — agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The App is operated by wewe (Werner Masseglia), Rue d'en haut 33, 7830 Silly, Belgium. We Math is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is the one accepting these Terms. We may update these Terms and will post a notice in the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, family use. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, disrupt, or misuse the App, or use it unlawfully. The App is licensed, not sold.
The App's design, exercises, characters, text, icons and code are owned by us or our licensors. “We Math” and “wewe” are our trademarks. Feedback you send may be used by us freely.
We Math can be downloaded and used for free on two notions — Counting and Addition. Every other notion (subtraction, multiplication, division and beyond) requires the optional Family subscription described below.
We Math offers two optional auto-renewing subscription plans, in the same subscription group, with identical access to every notion and the full progress tracking — only the billing period differs: Annual — €24.99 / year or Monthly — €3.99 / month. Both plans come with a 7-day free trial, and both can be shared with up to 6 family members via Apple's Family Sharing. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription, which then renews automatically (yearly or monthly, depending on the plan you chose) unless cancelled. You can review, switch plans, manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. The exact current prices and billing periods are always shown by Apple before you confirm. All purchases and billing are processed by Apple — we never see or receive your payment details, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Eligible purchases can be restored via “Restore Purchases”.
We Math is a learning companion, not a school. It is designed to help children practise and build confidence in maths through games and adaptive difficulty, but it does not replace school instruction, a teacher, or any official curriculum, and we make no guarantee about specific learning outcomes or exam results. Progress shown in the app reflects activity within the app only.
Because We Math is used by young children, the subscription screen and the parent/settings area are protected by a parental gate (a simple maths check adults can solve but young children generally cannot). The parent or guardian who sets up the App is responsible for supervising its use, for any purchase made on their Apple ID, and for enabling parental controls (e.g. Screen Time) as they see fit.
Use the App responsibly and lawfully, for personal family use only. We may limit access in case of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any educational outcome or decision made on the basis of the App; our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or €50. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
The App uses Apple exclusively — for distribution, purchases and Family Sharing. No advertising network, analytics provider or any other third-party service is used. Apple's own terms and privacy policy apply to its services.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or if the App is discontinued. Sections 3, 6, 9, 10 and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute. Competent courts: Belgium. EU consumers keep their mandatory statutory rights and may use the EU ODR platform.
These Terms are between you and We Math, not Apple. We are solely responsible for the App, its maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple may refund the purchase price in case of a warranty failure. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
